Playoffs Start Off with a Bang on P2P4U

If you watched yesterday's football playoffs you enjoyed two brilliant games.  The Seahawks, the only team in NFL history to make the playoffs with a losing record defeated the defending Superbowl champs the New Orleans Saints.  The Seahawks fell behind early 10-0 but dominated the second half, highlighted by a 67 yard run by Marshawn Lynch that is one of the best runs we've seen in quite some time.

In the second game the New York Jets beat the Indianapolis Colts by a point on a last second field goal.  Indy went into the half holding a 7-0 lead but the Jets quickly scored a TD in the second half to tie it at 7.  The game went back and forth until the final few minutes.  With Indy down by a point they drove the field and kicked a field goal with 53 seconds to play.  On the ensuing kickoff the Jets returned the ball to the 42 yard line.  After gaining 15 yards on their first play they stalled the next two plays.  On third down the Jets completed a pass all the way down to the Indy 14 yard line on a nice catch.  This set up the game winning field goal attempt from 32 yards out.  Nick Folk drilled the kick and the Jets advanced to the second round of the playoffs against the Patriots. Anyone who watched those football games, either with P2P4U or at home surely enjoyed both games.

Today's games feature the Chiefs and the Ravens followed by the Eagles and the Packers.  The public thinks the Ravens will win and a lot of people are calling for the Packers to go into Philly and pull off the upset.  The Ravens game kicks off at 1:05 and the Philly game kicks off at 4:35 today.  So grab a seat, sit back, and get ready to enjoy watching what should be two more great NFL football games.  Enjoy the games!

Watch NFL Preseason Football, P2P4 Football

Preseason football has been running a few weeks and people are wondering what has been the best way to watch live football online.  P2P4 Football has wondered this too and spoken to different people to get their input.  P2P4 Football has asked people to rate different places to watch football based on these categories:

Stream Quality (High, Average, Low)

Stream Completeness (Does the stream stop, pause, buffer at all or not)

Stream Load Time (How long do you need to wait for stream to initially load)

Overall Experience (How happy were you with using this site/method to watch the live nfl football streams)

P2P4 Football only wanted quality opinions and not feedback from newbies so we asked only people we know have a good reputation.  The winner so far this preseason?  Veetle.com.  Here is what the overall feel on Veetle is:  there are not many streams on Veetle, but the few that there are are very high quality, do not get interrupted, are constant streaming from start to finish.  Good for Veetle.  Last year I did not hear too much positive comments about them but it seems they have made big improvements in the past year.

Last year's highest rated site Justin.tv had this said about them so far this preseason:  too much spam!  Probably 3 out of every 4 football streams on their site are spam.  The spammers also inflate their viewer count somehow and get their spam stream to the top of the listings.

Streamtorrent is still the favorite P2P player for people to watch football with, but some people complain about slow loading time or constant buffering during the game.  Not sure if that is truly the application or the streamers or viewers internet connection.

Let's see how it goes when the regular season starts in a few weeks.
